I have a quick question since I know nothing about car amplifiers. Rather ask you for an honest answer than my car audio shop that just wants profits by installing more audio equipment. I currently have a 500 watt 4 channel speaker amp and a 400 watt 4 channel subwoofer amp. My subwoofer amp is not really noticeable so wanted to upgrade the sub amp to a more powerful one rated around 2000 watt so I could really hear the bump bumps from the subwoofer. Would the subwoofer amp be compatible with a 400 watt 4 channel amp? Thanks again any feedback appreciated

Why you didn’t mention a 2 channel amp?
My Sub is starting to faze in and out? It’s a 300W AMP, should I got higher or is the AMP malfunctioning all together?
